Policy Summary

1. What Personal Information we collect. When you use our App, we collect information to process your order or the features you use. This may include your name, contact information, payment information, the Venue you seek access to, and the date and time of your visit. If you ask to locate nearby Venues, we collect the location of your device. We may also collect other information you provide, such as if you respond to a survey, or send us an email. We collect technological information such as device ID, operating system, browser, the pages of the website or App you visit, the time spent on those pages, access dates and times, clicks, and general location derived from IP address.

2. What we do with the Personal Information we gather. We use the information you provide mainly to provide our App and Services. For example, we process personal information to open your account, process orders, locate Venues near you, to improve our App and services, for promotional purposes including sending promotional email, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, to respond to you, and for legal purposes. We use the technological information we collect to understand how our website, App and Services are used, improve them, and better tailor them to customer needs.

3. When we Disclose Personal Information. We may disclose personal information to third party service providers that help us process it as we describe in this Privacy Policy. For example, we use a third party to process payments.

We use the information we collect to allow you to purchase priority access to participating Venues in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• To allow you to create and manage your account.
• To allow you to place orders.
• To allow you to locate nearby Venues.
• For our internal record keeping.
• To improve our Services.
• To send promotional emails about our Services, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting. This may include promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting.
• To manage, administer, maintain, service, collect and enforce our Terms and Conditions, or any other agreement we have with you.
• To respond to your questions or complaints.
• To investigate and settle any dispute or claim which relates to our site, App or Services and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
